When you contact us we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

Purpose

We use these data solely to answer your enquiry. They are not used for marketing and are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by accepting this policy before sending your message. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Retention

Data are kept until your enquiry is closed and, afterwards, for the periods required to meet any legal obligations or to deal with possible claims.

Recipients and transfers

Data are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email using service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (Cloudflare, Inc. for delivery and Google LLC for our mailbox). These providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection by writing to info@matrixwearable.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
